Arnold Swarchenager

• Arnold knew what he wanted to do from the very beginning
• was born in 1947
• he was the second son
• lived in a 300 yr old house
• he loved out doors and ice skating
• His dad was a perfectionist and expected much from his father and often favored his older son over arnold
• His parents were much more strict, and he wanted to prove he was very good
• He craved recognition
• He saw body buliders and was in awe, he knew he found his passion
• No beleived that he could do that he could be a big body builder
• He thought he had to sustitute the feeling of pain over the feeling of pleasure
• he had a trainer who introduced him into new ways of being a body builder
• He dreamed of being on onscreen adventures
• He wanted to become an actor after he became a body builder
• He would work out for hours , and once had colapsed
• His parents called this an obsession that it wasnt realistic
• hard work and self confidence were apart of his working out
• Peiople often admired arnold his humore and smile and laugh was contagious to others
• He enter the austrian army , his parent thought it would cure him of his diesase
• He went awall in the army and went to a body building competiotion
• Arnold tried to sneek back itno camp and was thrown in jail for 7 days
• He had gone from 200-225lbs of muscle by the end of his service
• He was a small town boy overwhelmed the the busy city
• He won the 1966 mr. Europe contest
• Arnolds unshakeasble confidence made him compete in the mr universe conmpetiotn and won 2nd place.
• When he returned to the second Mr. Universe at the age of 20 he became the yougest mr universe in history.
• He entered the professional body building empire.
• Arnold was crushed in america americans were more defined and leaner the arnold he confidence was shot.
• Arnold had a mentor he went to gold gym wehere the top body builders went
• Joe Weilder was his mentor and taught arnold about business, he started little mail order and tips on how to become big and bulky.
• He had to have joy in everything he did
• In 1969 he won his first mr universe title
• His childhood idle was reggie park
• Arnold was very much ahead of his time
• His brother was killed in an automobile accident
• His father died of a stroke never seening his youngest son's acheivments
• When he won his last body bulder trophy he called his mentor wanting to do kore than body buliding
• "hercules goes to new york" was his first movie
• despite his postive attitude he had alot going against him that he had nothing to go for him
• he took acting classes
• Sally Fields worked with arnold and believed he was going to be a star
• Arnolds on screen charisma was hard to resist
• He studied a business adminsitration coure in college
• He wanted to be a movie star but wanted to have something more realistic and intellectual
• He fell in love with john F kennedy's neice, but they came from 2 different worlds
• Maria introduced him to the special olympics
• He felt  inspired by that
• He spend a year training working on his speech
• "Konan the barbarian" ranked in over a million dollars  
• The treminator was one of arnolds best movies and he suited the rold completly
• He was more of a working class hero
• He was definatly destined for stardom

• On april 26, 1986 married Maria.
• People describe the wedding like a movie
• Arnold and maria were very devoted to their family.
•  He went back and visit places and people he knew at the very place his dream had started.
• Many beleive that best is yet to be.

Arnold is a very humble person. He never really let himself get to the point where he thought he was better than anyone other than in competition.I learned from arnold that, even when to be constantly put down and for no one toi have faith in you means to keep trying that to never let yourself ghet to where you feel there is no point in trying. He was a fantastic role model health and emotional wise. Arnold took everything as a learning experience and his parents had called his body building as an obssesion but arnold did not give up. He always had a goal and did everyhting he possibly could to acheive his goal, He is an amazing role model for children today. He went back to school because arnold knew he needed something to fall back on and thought that he wanted some sort opf support system. Arnold was a very humble smart man, and an amazing role model.
