Richard Branson depicted a type of business that is very rare to see. You dont have to be ruthless or hard on your employees, that you treat everyone as equaly and not to get too high up on yourself. That treating your employees and customers as the same. To not to be afraid to dream big even if you have a disability and to not let people tell you that you cant do it. That to help the community and not be greedy and selfish. To take risk to expand your options but not to gamble and be smart with your actions and they every decison is a business decison and to make sure you do everything you can to be smart and take care of your company.
